"THE FRONT" Reading - A 'Remembrance Day' to remember
11 November 2013
On Monday 11 November, Up Front Productions held a Reading at The Promethean, Adelaide SA.
A number of invited guests were in attendance as the work was read and performed by local artists including Carolyn Ferrie, Mark Oates and Mark Stefanoff.
At the conclusion of the reading, audience members were invited to give feedback on their thoughts and impressions of the work. The response was incredibly positive and reemphasised the fact that the story of The Front is one that will appeal to people of all ages and backgrounds.

Anzac Day - "The Somme" played at the Adelaide Dawn Service
25 April 2013
"The Somme" song and video was played at the Adelaide Dawn Service this year.
7000 people are reported to have gathered for the service on North Terrace.
In addition, Radio Adelaide aired an interview with Lane Hinchcliffe as part of their Anzac Day commemorations. The interview can be heard online by clicking here.

The Front - CD Launch a huge success!
16 April 2013
The official CD launch was held at The Promethean on Tuesday 16 April 2013 to a full house of distinguished guests and fans.
Amongst the guests was the Governor of South Australia: His Excellency, Rear Admiral Kevin Scarce and his wife Mrs. Scarce, Mr Bill Denny (Veterans SA) and Harrison Gilbertson.
During the formal proceedings, it was announced that Rob George has been appointed as co-writer to The Front and will be collaborating with Lane in the coming months to further refine the story and book.
It was also announced that Up Front Productions will be launching an education package which will be made available to schools to coincide with Centenary events and planning.
